Mr. Cheng Tit Shan, Sandy is graduated in Hong Kong, he having over 40 years as Management level (Branch Manager; Managing Director) of experience in the global freight forwarding, GSSA and Charterer industry.
In 1973, Mr. Sandy Cheng joined Andrea Merzario SpA.,Italy and practiced in Middle East and then posted to Far East to set up the Overseas Merzario offices in South East Asia. The last position was the Far East Director, the total served in Merzario group for 15 years.
In 1993, Mr. Cheng joined Saima set up the Saima Avandero (HK) Ltd. as the Managing Director., in 1996, set up the joint venture company with China Travel Services (CTS) in Beijing, “CTS-Saima Avandero China Ltd.,” total served with Saima Avandero for 7 years.
In 1999-2001, Mr. Cheng served as Panalpana Hong Kong Branch Manager
From 2003 to present, Mr. Cheng start his own business Global Cargo (Far East) Ltd and cover the Forwarding, Chartering Services, General Sales & Services Agency(GSSA), Warehousing Logistics Services and Project Management.
Mr. Cheng is also the Vice President of African General Chamber of Commerce
Mr. Cheng is also act as the Logistics Consultant of One Belt One Road Centre in Huangpu, Guangzhou, China.
